Interesting tasks for you: • Active marketing and sale of residential real estate projects: semi-detached houses, condominiums, and social real estate • Consultation and support of customers throughout the sales process to notarial complaints • Special request management, after-sales service • Developing marketing strategies • Guided tours and presentations of real estate • Creation and maintenance of sales documents and exhibits • Negotiation and conclusion of purchase contracts • Market and competition analysis to identify sales opportunities • Participation in trade fairs and events • Cooperation with internal departments such as project management, architects, etc.
