In this responsible management position, you guide the field of plant accounting in the Accounting Department with a high degree of self-responsibility and design space. You are responsible for the technical, organizational and personnel management of a plant accounting system with 25 employees, which are divided into two teams with one team management each. Your main tasks at a glance: Guided tour & organisation: You are responsible for all relevant and personal management tasks in the field of plant accounting. Final management: You control and monitor the creation of monthly and annual accounts, including the investment level, as well as further reports for internal and external purposes. Auditing: You are an external auditor and coordinate cooperation. Control systems & data quality: You develop and apply internal control systems to ensure and continuously improve the data quality of master and movement data. Tuning processes: You develop and monitor tuning routines between main and plant accounting to ensure a consistent and error-free data base. Business Process Optimization: You actively contribute to the further development and optimization of cross-species business processes in the field of asset accounting, in order to increase efficiency and transparency. Evaluation questions & inventory: You take over the assessment of properties using recognised procedures (comparison, yield value and property value procedures) and organize and accompany the annual real estate inventory. Policies & Standards: You develop, evaluate and maintain guides, policies and booking instructions to ensure uniform and regular booking processes. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace occasional service trips, including throughout the federal territory, are incurred. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have a completed academic degree (Diplom /Master) of Business Administration or a comparable qualification. Competences: Multiannual leadership experience, ideally in the field of accounting, financial accounting or real estate management, is part of your profile. You have already gained practical experience and extensive knowledge in commercial accounting and asset accounting. You have sound knowledge and experience in real estate management. Knowledge and experience in the assessment of properties and technical installations according to the valuation regulations (ImmoWertV) as well as in the planning, implementation and documentation of property inventory. In addition, you have pronounced Excel skills and knowledge in the other Microsoft Office standard applications. SAP knowledge is desirable. Other: You have a strong planning and organizational capacity and contribute to economic thinking and action. You have the ability to work quickly into changing tasks. You have a high own initiative and the ability to work creatively and conceptually. A strong communication skills is one of your strengths.
