You ensure smooth processes – You support the electric master in the systematic and structured work preparation in the field of electrical engineering and thus ensure high plant availability through the timely and successful completion of planned maintenance and installation measures. This includes: regular support of the production-preparing maintenance team (PVI), including on Saturday, the acquisition of newly distributed facility tasks in the field of electrical engineering (RLT, climate, electricity, light) and support the coordination of the operations of the shift teams and also external companies in the electrotechnical environment.

You take responsibility for subprojects, lead them to success in a targeted way and actively contribute your ideas and expertise to project teams. Accompanying change processes such as lean management, standardization or mobile maintenance You not only – You are proactively involved in shaping them and creating impulses for sustainable development. You actively participate – You support the technical training in the field of electrical engineering and bring your ideas and impulses. You look closely – compliance with internal requirements, especially in the field of occupational safety, is important to you. You can support external requirements, for example, by actively supporting statutory audits (e.g. fixed/locally variable electrical installations, operational equipment checks).

Your training – After your professional training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electronics for operating technology), you have successfully qualified as a master, technician or comparable. Your experience – Due to your multi-year professional experience in electrotechnical maintenance, ideal as part of a shift team, you know exactly when you need to tackle where and how yourself. Your personality – you communicate clearly and at eye level to convey information and knowledge. Self-contained, structured mode of operation and loadability are characterized. You reflect your actions regularly and continually develop professionally and personally. Their know-how – practical experience with contemporary lean, TPM or similar tools as well as the training experience are desirable, but not condition. Good knowledge in MS Office are necessary, experience with SAP-PM and process control/automatization systems would be ideal.
