For our partner location in Bad Salzungen we are looking for you as: Site Coordinator (m/w/d)

Partner control: Sovereign you take on the operational responsibility on site and tax the cooperation with our service provider as well as other suppliers. Performance monitoring: Consistently, you ensure partner performance – always with a view to safety, quality, productivity and costs. Service excellence: Your focus is on maintaining service levels and monitoring operating costs (e.g. fuel management). Compliance: Reliable for the implementation of internal CEVA requirements and compliance with all relevant legal provisions. Optimization: Budgets and costs you keep in mind, identify potentials and implement improvements consistently. Interface function: As the only CEVA contact partner on site, you will see the central bridge between our company and the partner location.

Qualification: You have completed a commercial or technical training in the field of fleet, workshop or logistics – ideally complemented by a certification as a fleet manager (m/w/d). Experience: Multiannual practice in fleet management, in service provider control or in the technical service environment will distinguish your career. Know-how: You are sure to have well-founded knowledge in relevant legal areas (e.g. service liability, UVV, workshop and repair law). Competence: A strong technical understanding and economic and entrepreneurial thinking will help you to do this. Occurrence: Communication strength and negotiation skills You use for a safe and convincing appearance against external partners. Languages: Very good knowledge of German and basic English in word and writing complete your profile.
