• Ensuring the availability of the food plan, taking into account the sustainable use of food, the appealing presentation and precise completion of the dishes, in order to maintain the specified quality and freshness
• Optimization, organization and ensuring the smooth running of the daily business in consultation with the chef
• Steady control of foods for quality and freshness and professional storage regarding compliance with the HACCP guidelines
• Responsibility for the daily tasting and control of the hot dishes produced before the start of the main business to the final release of the daily meals
• Active cooperation in the food production process as well as ensuring and controlling the permanent food availability at the output and counters to ensure complete hosting of guests

Your ingredients (m/w/d) and ideally a further education

• Multiannual professional experience, ideal in system gassing
• Organizational talent, enforcement ability and first leadership experience
• Very good German knowledge and knowledge of HACCP standards
• High level of loyalty, sense of responsibility, willingness to use and independent working
• Ready to work on weekends and in the evening hours
• Economic thinking, reliability, flexibility and team spirit
