You are first contact at the production site Unterstadion in all strategic and operational HR topics Ensure the operational HR work along the Employee Lifecycle for up to 200 employees of the site in close cooperation with the business You control the need-oriented introduction of innovative and efficient HR solutions in close coordination between Unterstadion, the headquarters and our CoE's As a contact person for questions relevant to co-determination, you maintain a trusted cooperation with the works council They are part of the Germany-wide HR-BP team and assume further responsibilities and projects in coordination with the headquarters

Successfully completed economic studies Multiannual professional experience in personnel (experience in the production environment of advantage) Experience in cooperation with works council bodies Structured and independent working and high organisational skills Passion for personal work and fun in an appreciation collaboration with sensor-People colleagues and external interfaces
