The Stiftung Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) has been supporting people for 125 years. The “Children, Youth and Family” division of the Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie combines offers of integration aid and youth assistance under one roof. This allows us to provide individual and needs-oriented support for children, young people and their families.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for our Kita Hundertwasserallee in Ober-Ramstadt

You're a team player and you're enjoying actively joining our little team? Then we will be part of our institution looking for either two part-time workers (a 60% place each) or a full-time worker and looking forward to getting to know you! We are a single-grouped, small kita, in which cordiality, trust and respectful, value-adding approach to each other shape everyday life. Children, families and team members meet at eye level and create an atmosphere in which everyone feels welcome and secure. Supported communication is a special focus of our educational work. We create individual opportunities for all children to express their needs, thoughts and feelings and actively participate in the Kita everyday. Together with the children, we engage in their interests, discover new topics and design projects that promote curiosity and independent learning.

How your day looks like • You actively shape and reflect educational and learning processes • You shape the Kita everyday and its rituals, bring your own pedagogical note (“footprint”) and continuously develop the participative thoughts. • For the targeted promotion of children taking into account individual interests and living circumstances, you use the use of UK (assisted communication) and Marte Meo. • You work independently and at the same time you have the opportunity to exchange ideas and work together for children and caregivers. • Together with your team, which is characterized by love for the profession, you actively participate in the concept review and shape a kita that creates space for children.
