Leadership of the assigned team and ongoing work organisation to ensure the timely execution of orders Planning of the resources required for the execution of customer orders taking into account an optimal distribution of personnel costs Training and introduction of new employees, as well as monitoring the quality and efficiency of work Cooperation with supervisors and the customer to ensure the achievement of the objectives Collection of working hours and absences, as well as planning of representations for the assigned team Monitoring the smooth running of the processes and their continuous improvement

Experience in work in a distribution center or commissioning – would be a plus Mind. 3 years of professional experience in production/storage as well as at least 1 year experience in the position of a bearing-shifter The willingness to work in shiftwork, weekends and holidays Very good work organization, responsiveness, independent action, flexibility and stress resistance Liquid knowledge of German in word and writing, English or Polish Good knowledge about MS Office – especially Excel
