As a strategic:r specialist:in Finance and Procurement, you can significantly support the area management in the digital repositioning and modernization of the entire commercial area, from accounting to controlling, tax and treasury to procurement and digital finance. You actively participate in the organizational repositioning and accompany the development of target images up to the concrete implementation of future-oriented structures and working methods. The design, coordination and continuous further development of central finance processes take you independently, for example in economic and medium-term planning, reporting and forecasting. You develop concepts for increasing efficiency, standardization and digitization. You analyse existing structures, processes and interfaces and derive robust organisational and control models that enable a sustainable development of the area. Ensuring quality, consistency and meaningfulness of reports, presentations and calculations is your responsibility as well as developing IT systems, tools and reporting formats used. You prepare decision documents for the Executive Board and Management Boards and accompany the content coordination at different management levels. You independently control clearly defined sub- and transformation projects and take responsibility for progress, risks and effects. The close connection to the Oracle cloud fusion transformation keeps you constantly in mind and ensures that organizational and system design consistently interlock. In cross-departmental cooperation, you strengthen transparency and effectiveness through proactive stakeholder management and close coordination with Finance, Procurement and adjacent business areas.

You have a completed university degree, ideally with a focus on controlling, business informatics or business engineering, or alternatively you can demonstrate a comparable qualification. In addition, you bring multi-year, well-founded experience in controlling and have ideally already worked in transformation projects in the commercial environment – over several functions (e.g. accounting, controlling, treasury or procurement). Experience in different organizational models, e.g. shared services, matrix structures or agile set-ups, is advantageous and supports you in developing sustainable target images. You know the requirements of energy management, consulting, auditing or comparable environments and can bring them into your work. Finding knowledge in process and quality management, ideally complemented by methods of continuous improvement (KVP), distinguish yourself. A high IT affinity as well as very good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint, ideally complemented by experiences with BI solutions, support your analytical and conceptual work. Sovereign appearance towards executives and the Executive Board as well as pronounced presentation skills are among your strengths. A high self-initiative, implementation strength, solution orientation and flexibility complete your profile.
