You are responsible for the operational management of the projects and ensure the timely implementation of your portfolio In this task, you take over the coordination of projects in coordination with HARIBO Intercompany customers as well as the relevant internal interfaces, e.g. planning, production, purchasing, graphics, regulatory affairs As part of your work, you work with various IT systems such as SAP and workflow programs for repro creation and control You are responsible for defining the first order and contract quantities for packaging materials in the launch phase and are individually tuned to the relevant interfaces in seasonal and promotional items As part of the portfolio management, you can use the BI report to create analyses that form the basis for assortment analysis and derivation of measures Last but not least, analyse and optimize existing operational processes taking into account all relevant framework conditions and targets and thus make an important contribution to efficient processes

Multiannual experience in marketing / sales, preferably in a company of the FMCG industry, with a completed commercial training, ideally focusing on marketing / sales / project management, which forms the basis of your success Practice in operational project work and in structured project management combined with a pronounced degree of customer orientation Very good organizational capacity and loadability for controlling numerous parallel projects Self-standing, precise operation with high degree of detail Secure handling of various IT systems such as SAP APO, MS Excel and workflow programs Good knowledge of English and a high affinity and joy in international cooperation complete all this
