Management and coordination of the outpatient care service Active customer acquisitions as well as building and maintaining a regional network Responsible for the economic and personnel management, guidance and further development of the team Ensuring professional, individual care and care Development and implementation of care and care concepts Control of care documentation and quality assurance Promoting trusted cooperation with relatives, doctors, therapists and cooperation partners

Completed training as a examinated nurse (e.g. old care, health care and nursing)

Multiannual professional experience in care, ideally in senior function High sensitivity, sense of responsibility and organizational talent Impressed communication strength and team capacity Class B driving licence Safe handling of computer applications and care documentation systems Identification with the principles of the German Red Cross
