Senior Business Controller (m/f/d)

AsSenior Business Controller (m/w/d)b, you are the key player andparring partner in all the key issues relevant to the outcome and actively shape development and economic success. Your tasks include the monthly analysis and the meaningful commentary of the management evaluations – so you can provide management with the necessary transparency for sound decisions at any time. You are responsible for creating in-depth sales, sales and earnings analyses, as well as target-actual comparison andad-hoc analyses that are crucial to the success of the business. In addition, you will take over annual planning and develop precise forecasts that will help you significantly secure the company’s strategic orientation. With your creative approach and your proactive way of thinking, you are driving forward the further development of the Business Controlling skills by using state-of-the-art BI and Controlling tools to unlock new insights and efficiency potentials.

You have more than several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an agile software company or in the healthcare industry – includingfunded experience in R&D controlling. Successfully completed economic studies, preferably at a prestigious university, with a focus on controlling or a commercial training with relevant further education, is the strong foundation of your expertise. You bring knowledge of modern business intelligence tools and SAPmit and use them in a targeted way to prepare data for sound, strategic decision-making. Very good knowledge of German and English allows you to communicate in different contexts and collaborate with different teams. Your analytic thinking, your friendly and safe appearance and your strong team skills make you an estimated contact person – even in dynamic and challenging situations.
