Accounting & Finance Specialist (m/d/w)

You have already gained experience in Finance and Accounting and want to introduce your skills in an exciting, growing environment. You are responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts of group companies according to HGB and local GAAP. Together with our Head of Finance, you build the Group-wide Cash & Treasury Management and are responsible for this. You support the Group companies in matters of accounting and tax design, including in the design of the Transfer Pricing Directive. You support the local tax advisors in creating tax returns. You help to make our processes slim and efficient through new tools and programs. You act as a contact person with auditors and tax advisors.

You have completed training and further training on the account book holder and have a broad understanding of the interaction between balance sheet and GuV. Ideally, you bring first professional experience in the international environment and know yourself with business incidents in international corporations or you want to work on the subject. You have a large system affinity in the financial environment, ideally with NetSuite and LucaNet. You are an organizational talent, knowing to set priorities, drive processes ahead and keep the balls in the air despite high work volume. Thanks to your quick understanding and structured work, you always keep an overview and are ambitious to help shape the necessary structures and processes. You are a fellow thinker, you are interested in the big whole and want to understand superordinate relationships. You are communicative, have fun in new challenges and work in an international environment. You pack things in a proactive and self-responsive manner and you'd rather do tasks today instead of tomorrow. You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
