Caring for our hotel guests with cordiality and professionalism Reception activities such as check-in and check-out, processing of reservations as well as telephone and email correspondence Creation and maintenance of work and occupation lists for housekeeping and kitchen Professional serving of food and drinks as well as care for guests in the service area Preparation and preparation of the service area and control of the guest rooms Cash management, billing and handling of common hotel and cash systems Processing of guest wishes, complaints and special requests Compliance with hygiene, quality and service standards
