How about a bookkeeping in which you not only manage, but really shape it? In our debitor accounting, you take responsibility for the correct accounting, the maintenance of our debitor accounts and an active receivable management. You cooperate closely with sales and contribute to exciting projects in digitalization and process improvement with your ideas. Your tasks: Creation and booking of initial invoices in close cooperation with sales Responsibility for the management of debitor accounts and corresponding accounts, including the proper bookings and accounting Monthly evaluation of demand development – with room for own ideas for improvement and risk mitigation Monitoring and settlement of dunning and receivable management to ensure timely payments and minimise receivables Further development of accounting processes and relevant documentation

Completed commercial training as an industrial businessman, industrial businesswoman, insurance businessman or training as a financial accountant Professional experience from 3 years in accounting; ideally focusing on debitor accounting SAP FI and MS Office knowledge; in particular Excel and Access Interest in dealing with numbers and a subtle sense of analytical relationships Very good German knowledge and good English skills
