(Senior) HR Business Partner* International

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you take the holistic care of 8–10 European sales companies with around 200 employees and also supports selected German central functions. You contribute significantly to the professionalisation and further development of HR work in Europe. You are a central Sparring partner for international country leaders and executives and advises them independently and in practice in all personal, labour and organizational issues. You tax complex individual personal measures (e.g. contractual arrangements, separations, etc.) and implement them in coordination with local contacts and external specialist firms. You develop sustainable organisational and personnel concepts, drive the development of efficient structures and actively shape the further development of our European societies. You prepare strategic decision-making bases for personnel management and international managing directors and proactively introduce your expertise in business and strategic issues. You coordinate the preparatory coordination of pay billing in the supervised countries and control the cooperation with external service providers professionally and profit-oriented. You take responsibility for the quality-secured implementation of recruiting and selection processes at specialist and leadership level and actively develop the role of the HR Business Partner with a view to professional and disciplinary leadership. As part of the HR Business Partner Team, you actively drive the further development of our staff representatives and help them develop into competent national and international HR business partners

You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in HR, ideally as a HR Business Partner with an international focus. You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Law or a comparable field. You have a well-founded knowledge of working law and experience in implementing complex personal measures. You are characterized by conceptual, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and you are using it to develop HR solutions with strategic added value for our international companies. You have very good knowledge of German and English; other European languages are of advantage. You work mostly 4 out of 5 days on site at the headquarters and bring travel readiness to support international locations.
