Discipline, professional and result-oriented leadership of the Construction group Sorting devices including employee development and resource planning Responsibility for the design and technical implementation of complex sorting devices and systems from the concept phase to the production release Further development, standardization and optimization of existing sorting devices with regard to functionality, quality and cost-effectiveness Control of change and conversion structures and coordination with internal and external interfaces Ensuring the creation and maintenance of technical documents, piece lists and production documentation as well as cooperation in development and optimization projects

(m/w/d), technician (m/w/d) or comparable technical qualification in machine or plant engineering Multiannual professional experience in the design of special machines, in particular sorting devices Knowledge of the development and design of sorting devices, special machines and their mechanical assemblies Safe handling of common CAD systems First leadership experience as well as strong communication, organisational and decision-making skills
