We realize exciting projects with our renowned customer Airbus Aerostructures and are looking for the next time a motivated/n employee for the position as "Logistic Operational Specialist (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• miscellaneous and escalation management and processing unfinished work on handing over from the factory to the FAL Aircraft sections
• Processing of production orders and adapting quantities and article orders in SAP (Work Orders)
• coordination of shipping activities, relocations and scrapping and organisation of any special transport
• Checking the availability of components in the SAP system
• Cooperation with national and international Supply Office Team
• warehouse management (including the acceptance of goods, storage of goods and Issue of goods) and identification and implementation of potential Improvements
• Documentation and control of quality reports (Non-Conformities) in the SAP system

Your profile:

• Complete studies in the field of business management, supply chain or a comparable qualification
• Complete vocational training as a major and trader, industrial merchant or freighter with completed further education on the technician/industry
• Over two years of experience in the field of aerospace, Process Improvement and Supply Chain/ Logistics
• Good knowledge about SAP
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• German language skills
• English language skills
• French knowledge is beneficial
• Willingness to shift work (spring and late shifts in weekly change)
