Together with your team, you implement apoBank's strategy within the framework of holistic strategic asset management. Focus on customer needs and service banking and nonbanking topics. Through your coaching-based leadership style, you continuously develop the employees. If you are responsible for your own customer portfolio and use appropriate customer acquisition measures, you will be an example to your employees. You actively participate in the achievement of sales success. This includes the acquisition of representative tasks.

In addition to an apprenticeship to the bank businessman / businesswoman, you have completed a bank-related study as a bank business owner / -in further qualified or a bank-related study. In addition, you have over several years of professional experience as a consultant in banking and bring leadership experience. You are an expert in the fields of precaution and fortune and can make your interest known. You have a strong customer orientation as well as acquisition capability combined with a high degree of self-initiative. You convince by your sovereign appearance, good negotiation skills and bring sales and final orientation. You have the necessary expertise in accordance with § 1 WpHGMaAnzV.
