Application support and control support

You are the manager for three IT application managers (mainly for the IT specialist procedures in civil service) and control and coordinate overarching topics at the interfaces IT specialist procedures, appointment control software, customer service and reporting.

You support the official and departmental management in the Citizens' Service Centre by providing and interpreting numerous key figures, suggesting continuous monitoring to achieve and adhere to the customer-number-based targets and supporting the predictive planning of the appointment operation.

You are responsible for expanding the conception and implementation of a standardized reporting system including Governance structure. You are responsible for creating and developing regular reporting. Here you value the validation and quality assurance of the key figures.

Together with the executives, you identify optimization potentials and implement them in practice. Together with colleagues, you work out uniform service standards and support managers in their compliance and control.

You are the central non-technical contact person*in the field of appointment control software for all affiliated departments and thus also responsible for the strategic further development as a city-wide cross-sectional product. In doing so, you have the management for a cross-border working group and are responsible for the regular exchange of information.

You have one of the following qualifications: the career capability for the enhanced non-technical management service; or

the employee examination II or the degree as an administrative expert with professional experience in the senior service; or

a completed university degree, preferably from the field of economics.

You have an IT affinity, can deal well with numbers and have a good analytical understanding, a good structured working is of course for you.

Ideally, you have already been able to gain leadership and professional experience in areas with legal background and knowledge in local administration.

As a manager, you are working with you, communicating clearly and situation-appropriately and contributing to motivation and integration.

An indefinite job in parttime (50%) with payment by grade A 12 LBesO or Paying group 11 TVöD – depending on the existence of personal conditions.
