Take over the support and operational tasks during development (service concept, operating concept, transition) as well as responsibility for support and operation of a product or product increments (service operation) along agreed SLAs, KPIs and operational requirements Active participation of service-relevant agreements in contracts (including service-level agreements, service descriptions) Control of Service Transition in Operation for Support and Operation Interface and escalation instance for customers and other product stakeholders during the operating phase Control of performance-producing areas and other internal and external partners in operation Identification of trends and the use of optimization potentials in service delivery as well as for the development of solutions to continuously improve customer satisfaction Definition, creation and regular presentation of key figures and reports to ensure the agreed service levels and quality for customers and internal stakeholders

Graduate degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering or a comparable qualification Adequate professional experience in a comparable position with the focus of service design, service delivery management and transition. Insufficient expertise in support and operation of complex web applications including the necessary system environment (Cloud, On-Prem) Very good knowledge of the current ITIL standards, preferably ITIL expert qualification Professional practical knowledge in process management and process optimization as well as initial experience in project management and/or in the common software development methods (agile methods and waterfall method) Communicative competence and good English skills
