User Support Employee – Answers to (almost) all questions (m/w/d)

When it comes to IT and software solutions for therapy and health companies, nobody can do anything to us. We are day after day with fun and conviction in the matter – and that for over 30 years. With around 180 employees, we support over 17,000 installations of our industry software and are therefore market-leading providers in German-speaking countries. We grow and therefore have to occupy several positions in this area – also in parttime.

In case of questions and problems with our software, our users will contact you. Inquiries can be found directly on the phone, by e-mail or chat, and some times become “Savior of the day”. Do not read from the “script” but take the time to understand the question and to develop a suitable solution for each user. Specifically, you expect the following tasks: Support and support of our users at a high level and at eye level. Testing our latest software updates. User training via telephone, online or in presence and training of new colleagues. Participation in pilot projects. Create step-by-step instructions and video tutorials.

They feel safe in handling PC and software. They are a team player and always helpful. You have a good understanding and will be happy to explain. They have at least the middle education degree. They have a good expression and have fun in communication.
