Tasks

• Technical documentation: You are responsible for the order-related production of comprehensive documentation, the operating and maintenance instructions of our high-tech components exclusively for customers in the B2B area
• Preparing technical documentation for translation: you adapt content and format it according to international language and formatting requirements.
• Building a new document structure: They have a significant impact on a new structure of our document management system, which allows for secure right storage and management of documents. They ensure that know-how and important information can be accessed efficiently and quickly
• Cooperation with the Construction Department: They support and advise the construction to ensure that all relevant information is documented clearly and precisely.

Profile

• Studied as a technical editor (m/w/d), engineer (m/w/d)
• Experience in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for electrical components
• good knowledge and practical experience in the use of common editorial systems such as SCHEMA ST4 or COSIMA
• Experience in creating and maintaining a editorial guide
• sound knowledge of the development of editorial guidelines
• very good German and conversation-proof English skills
