A task that challenges As a performance manager for the network-close energy solutions business, you actively contribute to the energy transition, a secure supply and the energy system of tomorrow. You are co-responsible for tracking and monitoring target achievement (products and organizational units) and for support in defining measures for target deviations. Thus, you not only create transparency about numbers, but also regularly prepare analysis for management and give appropriate action recommendations. As a business partner*in, you act as a business partner for various stakeholders, coordinate in this function as an interface manager a variety of content topics between different disciplines and talk through analyses and reports for targeted decision-making. You are responsible for the further development of digital reporting solutions and launch automated reports in PowerBI based on the requirements of different stakeholders. You not only ensure reliable commercial processes, but also develop them consistently and efficiently with the possibilities of digitalization.

You have very good Excel knowledge as well as first experiences with Analysis Tools (in particular Power BI). Ideally, there would also be experience in dealing with SAP and databases. You have successfully completed your studies in the Department of Business Informatics, Business Administration or Economic Engineering and have already gained professional experience in controlling or performance management.
