The Centre for Continuing Education in Crafts (ZWH) is a nationwide service facility of the Crafts Organisation, based in Düsseldorf and Berlin. On behalf of the EU and of federal and regional ministries, we conduct national and international projects on labour market and education policy issues. On 1 January 2026, the ZWH took over the “Unit Office for Employers (EAA)” in Berlin. The EAA Berlin is the central point of contact for Berlin companies on all issues of training, employment and job security for people with disabilities. It advises employers in practice, confidential and free of charge. A completed study or comparable qualification in the field of social education, social sciences, organisational development, economic education, rehabilitation and education, or in comparable disciplines Knowledge of labour law and relevant social legislation or the strong willingness to acquire it professionally and quickly High level of service orientation Sovereign communication with various interlocutors from the relevant authorities, institutions and educational institutions Self-employed and structured working, teamwork, curiosity and the willingness to actively participate readiness for regular outside appointments with Berlin companies as well as for the takeover of a weekly evening hours until 20:00
