Your role Monitoring and safeguarding product and process quality

Implementation and preparation of quality control dates (NC-table, Q-Lagemeeting) with the production areas, support in the organizational structure

Collection of indicators, preparation of quality reports and derivation of measures

Initiation and coordination of correction and improvement measures (8D and internal A3) from internal deviations as well as customer complaints

Support in change management and documentation of process deviations

Support in the standardization of processes and processes

Creation of work instructions and test specifications for the test sites

Participation in internal and external audits

Completed technical training (e.g. fine optics, optics, or comparable), desirable technician (m/w/x) or master (m/w/x) in quality management

Professional experience in quality assurance or incoming goods inspection, ideally in the field of optics / precision engineering

knowledge in the handling of optical measuring and testing technology, or willingness to further develop in this area

Safe handling of technical drawings, specifications and test specifications

Knowledge of relevant standards such as DIN EN ISO 9001 & DIN ISO 10110

Practical experience in QM methods such as 8D, A3, 5S, ISHIKAWA, MSA, etc.

Structured, careful and independent working and a pronounced quality awareness
