As Sales Associate (m/w/d), you sell standard products, catalog solutions and add-ons to existing and new customers (acquisition) as a support for a (senior) account manager, later in a permanently assigned sales area with your service car. You ensure a high presence, effective support and customer loyalty to Vodafone in the respective area. You analyze the sales area, qualify customer contacts and acquire new customer potentials. From the start, you're thinking for a good customer relationship. You carry out customer needs analysis taking into account the competitive situation and find customer's areas of interest through good question technology You enter into appointments, sales visits, offerings, tracking, contract conclusion as well as the evaluation of successes or Success, customer support after conclusion of the contract and customer recovery - partly with the support of (senior) account manager and sales manager. You have first expertise in mobile and fixed networking. Topics like Cloud Computing, AI and the Internet of Things are interesting.

Complete university studies or commercial training with corresponding professional experience as a minimum requirement. Ideally, first experience in the distribution of Telco or Hardware/Software /IT products; also suitable as an entry option for university graduates. Technical understanding. Analytical and strategic thinking. Ability to work independently. Own initiative and curiosity. Good knowledge of English (B2 to GER).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
