Learn about finance, external accounting, corporate and risk management and controlling Participation in the preparation of the annual financial statements and in matters of corporate taxation Participation in tasks arising from the ECB regulatory system Analysis of the technical connection of the financial world and voting of accounts No training program from the bar – individual deployment planning taking into account your strengths and interests Active involvement in day-to-day business, ownership in projects and in day-to-day business Regular feedback talks that help you get even better Build a network in the company that supports you in your next step Accompanied by a sponsor who promotes your personal development

Successfully completed studies (Bachelor or Master), ideally focusing on accounting, auditing, tax or financial management Ideally, first practical experience, e.g. through internships in the financial services industry or in an auditing company High affinity for figures and strong interest in financial issues Entrepreneurial and pronounced analytical thinking and action Communication strength, team capability and safe occurrence Proactive and structured working methods and a high degree of self-initiative
