Funding: You develop individual financing and loan solutions for investment projects, always keeping the current funding landscape, the legal situation and the corporate strategy in mind. You support continuous improvements of existing processes and tools.

You have a completed training as a real estate or bank businesswoman (w/m/d) with a suitable further education in the credit or real estate sector, alternatively you bring a completed study of the real estate business or BWL with a focus on real estate or financing. Your knowledge is based on several years of professional experience in the housing and Real estate management and you have sound knowledge of real estate financing. You will be drawing up the holistic accompaniment of real estate projects. You have experience in the application, settlement and settlement of funds as well as in the processing, monitoring and management of loan contracts.
