About your internship: The Deutsche Bank internship is designed to help you develop your skills with training and continuous support. You can quickly gain confidence to take concrete projects and experience the closest way to how and what we do for our customers worldwide. You can build a wide network of colleagues from different areas of our bank. About Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility: The task of our department is to develop and protect the reputation of Deutsche Bank. To this end, we inform our employees and the public about all essential developments and support dialogue with customers, society and shareholders. We are convinced that timely and open communication with all stakeholders contributes significantly to strengthening our bank and trust in us. The information about and interaction with media and the public is part of our tasks as well as internal communication with our employees and social media performance. Around the world, we also support projects that strengthen people and business locally.

During your internship, you are part of our team and actively participate in day-to-day business or project work. Possible fields of activity: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) This is all about Deutsche Bank's global social commitment: the organisation and development of social projects, educational initiatives, environmental projects and global support campaigns. In addition, you support us in the communication and reporting of the projects as well as the organisation of the voluntary commitment of the employees of the bank. You work closely with our international CSR departments and foundations as well as the Bank's newsroom. Newsroom, Content, Internal and External Business Communication: Here you will learn how our team coordinates the communication for all the Bank's business areas, the sustainability area and all infrastructure units and analyzes their impact. Our media speakers interact with journalists from newspapers, online media, radio and TV stations. In doing so, you work globally connected to answer media queries and actively address topics. Communication to our employees is just as important as we inform about our intranet using interactive formats and global campaigns. Our area of responsibility is rounded off by digital communication via our website and social media. For this we also create multimedia formats, in particular films and podcasts. Art & Culture: You support the collection management, preparation of our global exhibitions, art fairs and sponsorship projects and their communication, as well as initiatives that express our social commitment.

Our internship gives you insights into all aspects of international corporate communication. You can acquire technical skills you need to start your career. We include our own initiative, curiosity, creativity and flexibility. That is why we wish to have committed, entrepreneurial thinking talents, who also question critically what we are doing and have fun getting involved with new ideas in our diverse culture. Are you at least in the third semester and have excellent academic achievements in your university studies in the field of communication sciences/journalism, BWL, VWL or a social science orientation? You have already gained first practical experience in a company or editorial office, for example during an internship or through ancillary activity, and ideally has project management experience? Your communicative skills are strong, your knowledge of German and English fluent (in word and writing)? You are a team-oriented, committed personality with rapid understanding and the ability to convince and inspire others? Then we look forward to meeting you.
