Specialist Customer & Commercial Services (m/f/d)

In your role, you exchange trustfully with external and internal customers, including accounting, quality management and sales. With a trained look for details, you can create customer orders – the precise matching of orders with our production and logistics is also part of this. We continue to trust in your expertise if it is necessary to accompany our order-to-cash process professionally. On the system side you also create invoices and maintain prices as well as conditions – you also take care of differences and complaints. We know that you have the best hands on the accounting of bonus and commission agreements as well as the processing of (advertising) cost accounting. Depending on the customer's focus, the production of export and freight documents as well as the processing of document sinkassi and accreditations represent another possible focus of your activity. In addition, you can reliably track the status of our customer contracts and take appropriate measures.
