We are looking for you Your tasks • Full back cover : You are the backbone of our sales service – from offerings to contract creation, you can help your colleagues, even with (public) invitations to tender • Organisational professional: You process requests from interested parties, forward them, introduce first customer appointments and assemble the appropriate sales material (e.g. brochures, presentations, patterns, etc.) in Windeseile • Start helpers : You design onboarding and in-house plans for new employees in sales and take care of the provision of the required work materials • System monitors : Support in the handling and incorporation of distributors in the CRM system • Structures: With ease, you'll get the topics to the point in our reports

Your profile • Basics : You have successfully completed your business training or your studies • Cross-release or professional : You have relevant professional experience in Sales Support with a corresponding everyday office experience or a similar qualification • No fear of IT: Routinized application of MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally also of CRM systems • Languages : German flowing and good English skills (word/writing) are of course for you • DNA : collegiateness as well as customer and service orientation are part of your self-understanding – coupled with a high level of communication and enthusiasm
