Project Manager m/w/d Place of application: Erfurt, Leipzig Reference number: 2026-0182 Working time: Full time

Independent processing of commercial tasks in building management for the associated objects Ensuring correct and complete debitor accounting including Initial accounts and receivable management Creation of annual planning, monthly and annual accounts and forecasts for the service packages Purchasing property-related services and materials, e.g. annual maintenance for building management services, as well as auditing of receipts Project control including Cost monitoring and production of cost reports for contract managers and branch management

Commercial training as an industrial businessman / businessman for office management or comparable and with several years of professional experience and/or studies of economics with Bachelor degree Ideal would be an affinity for project work and good accounting knowledge Advantages are good knowledge of SAP and MS Office Cost-conscious thinking and action as well as solution-oriented work Careful and responsible operation and high service orientation
