You create a clear product vision, perform highly qualified teams and ensure the market success of our security software, AI-based video analysis and robotics systems. In doing so, you combine strategic vision with operational excellence. Your responsibilities Strategic Product & Portfolio Responsibility Leadership and further development of the competence centers IPS (Video-Analytics, Munich) and Robotics (Achern) as well as the product delivery / product management in the Central Achern Development of a market and technology-oriented product strategy Responsibility for Roadmap, Priorities and the entire product life cycle Analysis of relevant trends (Security, AI, Video Analytics, Robotics) Design of long-term product visions in line with corporate strategy Product management & agile control Ensuring efficient, agile development processes Conducting clear, customer-centric product requirements Management of initiatives, releases and innovation projects Close cooperation with development, sales, marketing, service and external technology partners Ensuring product compliance across all three areas (software, robotics, product delivery) Leadership & Organisational Development Professional and disciplinary leadership of both competence centres Promoting a performance-oriented, agile team culture Development of the Organisation for Future Technologies and Markets Business and Business Management Interface function in the group – incl. Committee work on product management international Presentation of strategic product decisions in management Control of business cases, investments and ROI views Presentation of product areas to customers, partners and associations

Studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or the like Multiannual experience in software or technology-oriented systems product management Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) Experience in leading technical teams and in complex project or line structures Advantage: Know-how in security technologies, video analytics, robotics or AI Plus points: Experience in change projects, transformations or the development of new product areas Your personality Strategic, sovereign and decision-making Clear, structured and conversion-oriented High level of communication Rest and awareness in complex situations Conditions readiness to travel within the framework of the tasks required for the activity is provided Main presence at the Achern site for close teamwork Integration into strategic decision-making processes of management
