Project Engineer Transformation & Strategy (m/f/d)

As a project engineer (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the planning, control and successful implementation of technical projects over the entire project life cycle. These include coordination of internal specialist departments and the control of external partners and service providers to ensure efficient and targeted project execution. In this function, create and monitor project plans regarding time, costs and resources and ensure compliance with the defined quality, appointment and budget requirements. A key focus is the development of technical concepts, specifications and solutions. This ensures the professional implementation of the requirements and the technical consistency across all project phases. The role also includes the early identification and evaluation of project-relevant risks. Based on sound analyses, you develop appropriate countermeasures and create the conditions for sustainable project success management. For management, customers and other stakeholders, provide decision-relevant information, document the progress of the project transparently and ensure regular reporting. In addition, you actively drive the continuous optimization of processes, methods and processes and make a significant contribution to increasing efficiency, quality and organizational performance. Within your area of responsibility, you initiate all necessary measures to achieve the defined project objectives and promote a trusted, cross-disciplinary cooperation.

For this role you have completed university studies in engineering or a comparable qualification. In addition, you will bring one to two years of professional experience in project management or in a technical function. You have well-founded knowledge of common project management methods and are familiar with both classic and agile procedures. You can also control the safe handling of project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Excel, Jira and Confluence. Their mode of operation is structured, analytical and solution-oriented. Even in challenging project situations, you keep an overview and are characterized by a high degree of organisational skills, self-initiative and result orientation. Complex technical and organizational issues prepare you to address and convey them in a comprehensible manner to different stakeholders. You will be able to convince by a strong level of communication, team skills and a sovereign and binding occurrence. High resilience, flexibility and ability to quickly adjust to changing framework conditions in dynamic project environments complete your profile. Lastly, you have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
