Facility Management Employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You are the first contact person when it comes to the necessary work on our existing buildings as well as the associated operating areas and take up the corresponding repair or modification requirements and also take care of the “ad-hoc damages” that occur in the short term.
• Taking into account the internal approval process, you take over planning, coordination, control, organisation, control and commissioning of service providers in the field of facility management / facility services
• You keep the commercial framework in mind and are responsible for cost planning, budget control and auditing.
• You are the link between EUROGATE Technical Service, external service providers and CTB or external tenants and follow the completion of the measures
• You plan the necessary large-scale measures on the buildings in consultation, e.g. planned reconstruction or reconstruction activities, minor repairs or craft activities You directly into your hand

Your profile

• You have a suitable training (training with multi-year professional experience and/or a comparable qualification) and have both craft and technical understanding as also organizational skills.
• With “Hands-on-Mentality”, pragmatism and cost-consciousness, you take on the daily tasks and are always designed to quickly do the work that is being done.
• You keep an eye on open topics and actively promote a timely and appropriate implementation.
• You have a secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
