Deputy Head of Project Funding (m/f/d)

Participation in the team’s content and organizational management, in particular in personnel and resource planning Own support and responsibility of various foundation projects (project conception and management, including budget planning and control, deadlines, milestones and achievement of goals) Board management and documentation Management and controlling of funding applications and foreign projects, consulting partners, e.g. in the submission of applications or the preparation of reports and evidence Participation in the implementation of conveyor management software and in further digitization projects Further development of internal work processes and control and monitoring instruments Representation of team management Planning and implementation of events in different formats Conception and implementation of publications

You have a successfully completed university degree programme on a Master's level, preferably in political sciences, social sciences, public management, administrative sciences or a comparable discipline. You necessarily have multi-year, detectable disciplinary leadership experience of teams, ideally in the context of project management, organisation or personnel. You have managed, developed and taken responsibility for personnel decisions and the achievement of team and work results You have several years of professional experience in the foundations, in the foundation landscape or in comparable non-profit organisations and know the peculiarities of project-related support work You have a strong interest in political, social and community issues and are pursuing current developments and debates in these areas. You bring experience in organisational and team development You have experience in event management and have already successfully conceived and implemented different formats You are creative, think strategic and bring flexibility in dealing with complex issues You are stressful and bring a high degree of self-initiative, a structured and rapid way of working, and the willingness to work even outside the usual working hours (e.g. at evenings and business trips). You work in a targeted way into new topics and questions and develop pragmatic, solution-oriented approaches You have strong communication and team skills and a sovereign and representative appearance Good knowledge of the Ruhr area is desirable

For this position, the annual gross salary range is € 60,000 – 80,000 (full-time equivalent)
