Deputy Head of Infrastructure in Direct Switching (m/f/d)

For an economically successful and prestigious engineering service provider with around 130 employees at several locations in Brandenburg and Saxony, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Infrastructure (m/w/d) for Leipzig as part of an exclusive mandate. Our client accompanies municipal and private clients in complex projects in the fields of TGA, EMSR technology, infrastructure, construction and surveying.

Administrative control of the infrastructure engineering area Leadership and development of teams in the field of planning and construction management Monitoring of project planning according to HOAI requirements Check compliance with cost, time and quality requirements in projects Coordination with customers, authorities and internal and external project participants Promoting cooperation across different sites Support for new projects and acquisition of new customers Application of methods such as Lean Construction or BIM management in the project everyday

Completed degree as a Diplom-Ingenieur:in, Bachelor or Master in Civil Engineering or comparable Multiannual experience in the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects such as road construction, (special) mining, transport systems or water engineering Safe handling of AutoCAD, tendering software (e.g. AVA), MS Office applications Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations such as VOB, HOAI, DIN standards in infrastructure Detectional experience in personnel management or team coordination desirable routine in project-related communication with clients and authorities Knowledge of modern planning methods e.g. BIM process management Very good German knowledge required at least on C level Driving class B absolutely necessary
