The SAINT-GOBAIN Insulated Glass Center with its three locations (Augustdorf, Bamberg, Uhsmannsdorf) is characterized by high-quality products, first-class service and expertise in the field of insulated glass. This presence and strength makes us an innovative and reliable partner for brand insulating glass in the window market. With more than 400 employees, the SAINT-GOBAIN insulating glass center produces and markets more than 1.7 million m2 of insulating glass per year. The close cooperation within the SAINT-GOBAIN Insulated Glass Center and the possibility of using the entire SAINT-GOBAIN network creates the basis for further synergies and even more consistent customer orientation.

Recruiting: creation of request profiles, care of application management, coordination of interviews, sending invitations/debates after submission, compilation of interview documents, if necessary Participation in Recruiting Fairs

Loan work: Care of overviews (uses, start/end data), coordination of queries, preparation of calls/extensions after release, document storage

Training organisation: appointment and participant coordination, communication with training providers, maintenance of training lists, collection and placement of participation/activity certificates

HR document management: maintenance of templates/checklists, structured storage (digital), support in the formal preparation of documents

HR Reporting (Preparation): Updating Standard Lists/Overviews (e.g. Recruiting Status, Loan Work), Creating Simple Evaluations in Excel

Further projects/themes are possible depending on the utilisation and interest (e.g. occupational health management), as well as the visit of the other locations

Your hourly wage will be between €16 and €18, depending on the qualification.

You are immatriculated (e.g. BWL/HR, Business Psychology, Law, Social Sciences, etc.) You communicate friendly and binding and ask if something is unclear You are going to be confidential and responsible with personal data You have a safe handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) You have the ability to edit multiple tasks in parallel and to prioritize them (including transparent feedback on bottlenecks) You want to support executives, applicants and colleagues through good preparation and quick organization
