Technical and system-side responsibility for SAP HCM with focus on PA and OM Product Owner for ESS and MSS scenarios based on S/4HANA (Fiori) Close cooperation with Payroll and time management in Germany Analysis, prioritization and implementation of HR requirements in the SAP environment First-level response partner for HR in system issues and disturbances Professional control of external SAP service providers in complex topics Further development of digital HR services (e.g. digital personal files, document processes) Participation in the international development of the HR template

Complete studies in the field of business management, (economic) informatics, personnel management or a comparable qualification Understanding HR processes and their system-side mapping Multiannual experience in the SAP HCM environment Very good knowledge of PA and OM Practical experience with payroll and/or time management desirable in Germany Experience with ESS/MSS and ideally S/4HANA / Fiori Understanding HR processes and their system-side mapping Structured, independent working and high self-responsibility Joy in cooperation with IT and external partners Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
