Control and coordination of operational logistics processes for optimal customer service in the plant Management and Motivation of the Team consisting of 40 employees (m/w/d) Implementation of shift planning and regular team meetings Continuous and sustainable optimization of storage, commissioning and provision processes and presentation of development on the basis of suitable key figures Cooperation in projects to further develop logistics at the site Planning and implementation of inventory as well as inventory responsibility and handling of materials with special legal requirements Ensuring employee qualification, further development of the team and permanent implementation of health, work and environmental standards

Successfully completed commercial or technical training with corresponding professional experience in operational logistics in an industrial company Multiannual leadership experience as well as positive and empirical leadership Very good SAP knowledge (in particular WM / EWM module) and routined handling of MS Office applications Practical experience in project and lean management High level of organisational and coordination capacity as well as strong communication and team capacity
