For our sales and development team at the Ehingen site, we are looking for a: Industrial businessman, farmer, economist, etc. Sales Manager (m/x) As Sales Manager (w/m/x) you present our company to potential customers and identify their needs in personal conversations.

Identification of target customers: You are researching and identifying potential customers and business opportunities for the new customer acquisition in the German-speaking world. Company presentation: You introduce our company and our solutions professionally and convincingly to potential customers. Persuasive work: You talk to potential customers to understand their needs and to offer customized solutions. New customer production: You take responsibility for the entire process chain of new customer acquisition – from the first contact point to the project conclusion. Market and competition analysis: You’re testing the market to identify and use new trends and opportunities at an early stage.

training in the commercial sector (e.g. industrial businessman/wife) or (Fach-)University degree with the Department of Business Administration, VWL or comparable qualification Strong and open-minded team player with great negotiating skills and persuasiveness Embossed service orientation, fast conception, sovereign appearance German knowledge of at least C1 levels readiness to travel
