You initiate, guide and support projects to continuously improve quality standards You support production technology together with maintenance and quality management Optimization potentials are determined by you, improved performance and accompanied by their implementation, thus assessing the suitability of new technologies, machines and plants The transfer of knowledge and the execution of training in your area of focus are also your tasks You conducted technical discussions with clients, customers and internal stakeholders to find solutions

A successfully completed study in the field of mechanical engineering, manufacturing / production technology or process engineering Multiannual professional experience; Knowledge of the forming technology and heat treatment (primary operations) in the metal production environment (ideally with titanium) are advantageous You bring experiences in project management and are used to work in the team, commitment and responsibility are considered to be self-evident You are communicative and have the ability to inspire and convince others Very good knowledge of the English language complete your profile
