Your tasks Implementation of M&A activities and strategic partnerships Market analyses, identification of target companies and development of transaction strategies Management of due diligence processes and financial modeling (Business Plan, DCF, transaction and comparison analyses) Preparation of Management Board Documents and Presentation of Recommendations Building and maintaining new partnerships to promote product acceptance and sales growth Cooperation with cross-functional teams (innovation, strategy, product, law, finance) Competition and market observation and participation in industry events Support for high-impact strategic projects of the MEDIFOX DAN Group
You bring this – your profile Completed studies in business or comparable At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity or Consulting Funded knowledge in financial modelling (DCF, synergies, business plan) and data analysis Experience in Transaction Implementation Understanding software, health or digital health markets Creative, solution-oriented and independent working Embossed communication and presentation skills Very good knowledge of German and English
