Sachbearbeiter - Accounting (m/w/d) Real Estate Industry in Fulltime or Parttime

Your duties as a specialist in accounting:

• Conting and booking of all business incidents
• Implementation of banking and cash accounting
• Coordination and clarification of the respective accounts
• Support for housing companies
• Loan management
• Creation of liquidity, quarterly and economic plans
• Preparation for the preparation of the annual financial statements by HGB incl. Annex

Your knowledge and skills:

• completed commercial training with professional experience in accounting or comparable qualifications
• Professional experience in housing / real estate industry
• Secure MS-Office knowledge and knowledge with accounting software (Wodis Sigma)
• Reliable and careful operation
• Team skills and commitment
