For our professional education, we are looking for reinforcement for our actions. We accompany young people with and without disabilities and with corresponding funding needs on their way to the professional future. This is not just about everyday work. We also support our participants in mastering personal challenges, discovering their strengths and developing the necessary training skills. With your social education coaching you make an important contribution.

It's waiting for you

• Implementation of social training and various group offers
• Support in everyday life and personal challenges
• Crisis intervention and individual support
• Individual assistance and support, e.g. in the case of administrative procedures
• Documentation and reporting
• Close cooperation with the team and other professionals

That's what you bring

• A completed study of social education/social work, medical education, rehabilitation or special education
• As an alternative, the use of pedagogue is:inside with supplementary subjects or Study focuses possible in social education, special education or youth assistance
• Joy in working with young people and a good sense for their individual needs
• Good communication skills, empathy and an esteemed attitude
• Team spirit and willingness to find solutions together
• Reha-specific additional training (ReZa) is desirable, but no need
• Secure handling of current MS Office programs

We offer you

• 39 hours per week
• Compensation by agreement

Early appointment: 1. November 2026 or by agreement.
