Quality Assurance Technician for Production (m/f/d)

You support production in all quality-safe tasks and actively contribute to ensuring stable quality standards. You carry out quality checks on purchase parts as well as on self-made parts, including documentation and evaluation of the results. You process complaints independently and control immediate measures, cause analyses and the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive measures. You are responsible for product releases for parts from their own production. You maintain, monitor and optimize quality-relevant process sequences, including in measurement medium management, change and special releases. You document quality data, prepare evaluations and present the findings in a targeted manner to production and technology.

You have completed vocational training in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering with additional training in electrical engineering, ideally complemented by a further training to master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d). You have a training as a quality specialist (incl. ISO-9001-knowledge, 8D-methodic) as well as a measurement-technical qualification (AUKOM or comparable). A training for the auditor (m/w/d) is advantageous. Our team is strengthening its multi-year professional experience in quality management. You have a well-founded knowledge of the handling of test and test equipment as well as in the reading of technical drawings. Experience in welding seam testing as well as in sheet metal processing and welding technology is desirable. You are ideally familiar with SAP knowledge when handling MS-Office. Your own initiative, reliability, communication and team skills are the key. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
