Project Manager Subproject Platform - Naval Shipbuilding (m/f/d)

For a pioneering major project in naval shipbuilding, we are looking for a dedicated project management (m/w/d) for the subproject platform. In your role, you assume the overall responsibility for the platform subproject - including technical, commercial and contractual aspects. You control your work package both internally and external partners and ensure that performance, quality, appointments and budgets are maintained securely. Your specific tasks: You carry the overall responsibility for planning, controlling and managing your subproject and guide the team in the subproject professionally. In particular, your team is responsible for the control and coordination of the functional and spatial integration of the devices, systems and systems of the platform as well as the spatial integration of the deployment system into platform spaces, including tracking of residual work points and, if necessary, Participation in exams. This includes the coordination of the team including Capacity, conflict and escalation management as well as interface management with internal departments, external partners and clients. The handling of the technical equipment to the contract (TAzV) is also within your responsibility. This includes, among other things, the provision of templates, negotiation of technical specifications with subcontractors, the development of TAzVen, demand reports and order requirements as well as the cross-coordination of TAzV changes. Together with your team, you should enable the construction start systemically and make the corresponding requirements – in coordination with other subprojects, taking into account the specific partnership configuration. You regularly report to the overall project management and the line organisation. You act as a contact person: for customers, subcontractors and subproject lines. You also ensure compliance with all contractual requirements in your own area of responsibility. In addition, your active participation is required in risk, claim and change management. The structured internal and external communication including Reporting is in your hands. Last but not least, you will introduce your expertise in the further development of technical and methodological standards.

Completed studies, e.g. in shipbuilding, ship operations engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field Funded knowledge in project management (ideally with certification such as IPMA or PMP) Experience in professional leadership or Coordination of teams Multiannual experience in a comparable role, ideally in shipbuilding, in the maritime industry and/or in the environment of contracting authorities Analytical, structured and independent working methods High understanding, curiosity and creativity in problem solving Communication strength, enforcement capacity and negotiation skills in German and English Safe handling of MS Office Travel readiness approx. 50%
