As SPA & SPORT Operations Assistant (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) at sea chefs, you will not only find a varied job in the SPA & Sport team - you will also be immersed in the world of seafaring! Insight into the (future) task area: Administration and organisation: You maintain and update important data and lists, such as partner lists and training documents in the SPA & Sport Operations area on board our cruise ships. You can also support the creation and adaptation of templates, for example for prices and information on SPA and sports products as well as services. Training coordination: They take over the planning and organisation of trainings both on board and on the country side and coordinate training appointments closely with all participants. Administrative support: They coordinate product requests and deliveries in the SPA & Sport area, for example for products for use or fitness equipment. In addition, you work closely with technology and maintenance teams to maintain maintenance measures for SPA and sports equipment, and support the SPA & Sport Operations team in general administrative tasks. Project support: They contribute to the planning and organisation of projects, such as guest expert tours or special events in the SPA & Sport area. In addition, you can support a variety of tasks and projects around our spa and sports services on the cruise ships.

Take this with you: Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification, ideally with professional experience in an administrative position. Organizational talent, structured working and team skills. Secure handling of MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook). Interest or first points of contact with the cruise industry or in the SPA & Sport area of advantage. discretion, reliability and sense of responsibility. Good communication skills and service-oriented thinking. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
