Our client is a Europe-wide leading specialist for customers in the food, medical and hygiene industry with Europe-wide locations. This is a niche with a high product variety.

In the course of a post-occupation we are looking for you as a team leader payroll / Payroll (m/w/d). Even without previous leadership experience, you have the chance to pass on your know-how in the payroll to a four-headed team and take over the professional responsibility. In addition, you process the salary billing area independently and are involved in digitization projects. (SKA/123389)

Special responsibility for four employees Preparation, implementation and control of monthly payrolls Consideration of statutory and collective agreements, including for Austria and Switzerland Implementation of new billing flows as well as work on digitization projects Report refund directly to Head of Finance and Management

Completed commercial vocational training Ideally appropriate training in the area of wage & salary Multiannual experience in payroll Knowledge of pay tax and SV law We presuppose reliable German skills Affinity for common IT / EDV systems completes your profile
